At Soullee Health, we want to make sure your wellness products reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping — Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping — Estimated delivery: 1 business day (order must be placed before the daily cutoff time)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
International Shipping
We are proud to ship to 27 countries worldwide. International orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Restrictions
As a supplement and wellness brand, some of our products may be subject to shipping restrictions in certain countries or regions due to local regulations on dietary supplements, food products, or organic ingredients. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes for certain shipping methods. Please select an appropriate shipping option at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@soulleehealth.comand we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
